DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
Free Shipping on Orders Above AED 1,000 across the UAE.
For orders below AED 1,000, the following delivery charges apply:
- Dubai & Sharjah: AED 150
- Abu Dhabi (including Western Region), Ajman, RAK, Umm Al Quwain & Fujairah: AED 250
3.1 General
Delivery and collection services shall only be made available to you after payment has been received by us in full and the Invoice has been issued to you. Payment made in respect of Services provided shall be non-refundable.
3.2 Delivery
Should you opt for the Products to be delivered to you:
(a) Arrangement: We will contact you within three (3) business days of (i) our issuance of the Invoice upon receipt of full payment for your Order (for Products with available stock); or (ii) the arrival of the Products at our warehouse (for Customized Products and pre-ordered Products), to arrange the address, date, time and mode of delivery. If you provide us with incomplete or inaccurate information or delivery instructions, we may cancel the delivery by informing you in writing. In such event, we will not be liable for any losses arising from an incomplete or missed delivery caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.
(b) Delivery Area: Products will only be delivered to addresses within the UAE. No delivery will be made outside the UAE or to post office boxes.
(c) Delivery Team: Our standard delivery includes a three-man team for professional delivery, expert installation, and complete setup of your Bless Brothers furniture (white-glove service). Any additional assistance required beyond our standard team will be subject to additional charges.
(d) Remote Locations: Additional charges may apply for delivery to remote or difficult-to-access locations. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery by informing you in writing if we deem the execution of the delivery to be beyond our means.
(e) Changes to Delivery: Any changes to the delivery date, time and/or address should be arranged with us at least three (3) business days prior to the originally scheduled delivery date. Please note that any changes made to your order after it has been placed may impact the mode and price of delivery.
(f) Delays: We will not be responsible for any losses (including loss of revenue, profits, anticipated savings, goodwill or business opportunity, or any injury to your reputation) incurred due to any delay in delivery of the Products.
(g) Access: You are responsible for ensuring that there is sufficient access and space, and that all staircases, doors, lifts, car park gantries and loading bays are suitable for delivery. Please ensure that all items fit through your lift and entryways prior to purchase. Our delivery team will not assist in dismantling or disposing of any existing fixtures, shifting fragile objects or plants, or clearing any existing debris, scaffolding, or electrical and mechanical works. We do not offer disposal of old furniture. You shall be liable for any additional charges incurred as a result of obstacles, delays or extra work caused, and we will not be liable for any damage caused to the delivered Product(s) or surrounding property as a result of your failure to comply with the above.
(h) Availability: You are responsible for ensuring that you or your appointed representative are available to accept delivery during your chosen delivery time slot. If you or your representative are not present at the agreed address, date and time of delivery, this shall constitute a failed delivery attempt.
(i) Approvals: You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions and approvals from the relevant authorities (including building or residential management) for the delivery to take place. Failure to obtain such approvals shall constitute a failed delivery attempt.
(j) Inspection & Acceptance: Upon delivery, you will be asked to examine the products, check the condition of the packaging, and confirm that the correct number of packages have been delivered. The Delivery Order will be signed by yourself and/or your authorized representative. A refusal to sign the Delivery Order will be taken as a refusal to accept the delivery, and we reserve the right to return the Product(s) to our warehouse, constituting a failed delivery attempt. The signing of the Delivery Order shall be deemed to constitute your acceptance of the delivery and confirmation that the Product(s) are in satisfactory condition.
(k) Failed Delivery Attempt: Should a delivery attempt be unsuccessful for any reason, you shall be responsible for arranging a subsequent delivery within five (5) days of the failed delivery attempt. Any subsequent delivery attempt shall be charged at a rate to be communicated to you at the time, with additional charges applicable for remote locations. Should you fail to arrange a subsequent delivery within five (5) days, we reserve the right to charge storage fees from the 8th day onwards until delivery is completed or the Products are disposed of. Should delivery fail to take place within 15 days of the first delivery attempt, we reserve the right to dispose of the Products, and you agree to bear the costs of such disposal. In such event, you shall not be entitled to any refund of the price paid for the Products.
3.3 Collection
Should you opt to collect your Products from our showroom:
(a) We will inform you when the Products are ready for collection. Collection hours will be communicated to you at the time of notification.
(b) Your Sales Order must be presented at the time of collection. We reserve the right to reject a collection request if the requisite verifications cannot be completed or if the required documents are not provided.
(c) You are responsible for ensuring that you or your representatives collect the Products within seven (7) days from the date on which we notify you that the Products are ready. Should you fail to collect within this time, storage fees may apply from the 8th day onwards. Should you fail to collect within 14 days, we reserve the right to dispose of the Products at your cost, and you shall not be entitled to any refund.
3.4 Lead Times
- In-stock products: Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days.
- Products with fabric modifications: Estimated 10–12 business days.
- Customized Products & Pre-orders: Subject to a minimum lead time of 8–16 weeks, unless otherwise advised. Lead times may be subject to delays due to material shortages, shipping issues, inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3.5 Title & Risk
Title to, and risk of loss of or damage to, Product(s) that have been fully paid for shall pass to you upon collection or delivery of such Product(s), as the case may be.
