Returns
At Bless Brothers General Trading LLC, we take great care to ensure that every product meets our quality standards. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange in accordance with the terms below.
Please note that we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind or for any reason other than a manufacturing defect or damage upon delivery.
If your item is faulty or damaged, you may return it within 48 hours from the delivery date, provided it meets the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging and box.

Any item that has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Bless Brothers General Trading LLC reserves the right to inspect the product and refuse any return that does not meet the eligibility criteria stated above.
Please ensure that all original documentation and packaging are retained to complete your return request.
Once the returned item has been received and verified as faulty, refunds will be processed within 5 working days. Purchases made via credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) will be refunded to the client's bank account, less any applicable bank transaction charges.
Please note that shipping charges, customs fees, and taxes incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Online Purchase Delivery & Refund Policy
1.Refund Eligibility
We only offer refunds for products that arrive damaged or defective. To process a refund for damages, customers must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos.
2. Change of Mind
For all online purchases, we do not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind. This includes reasons such as:
The item does not match the interior or décor
The colour looks different from what the customer expected
The size or style is not suitable
The customer no longer wants the item
We strongly encourage customers to review product details, measurements, and images carefully before confirming their order.
3. Delivery Charges for Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved (only for change of mind):
The delivery fee and transaction charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
If the item needs to be collected from the customer, collection/return transport charges may also apply.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Custom-made, clearance, discounted, or special-order items are strictly non-refundable unless delivered damaged.
